Scheduling Instructions

Click on your chosen lesson type (New Student Series, Refresher Course, Maintenance Lessons). A calendar drop down will pop up with the availability specific to your lesson type. *Slight price increase for all lesson types will go into effect January 1st, 2024*

Scheduling New Student Series Session & 2 Week Refresher Course:

1.) Scroll and choose your session LOCATION

2.) Choose your START date

3.) Choose a TIME SLOT

4.) Click on the "Continue" tab and complete the prompts that follow.

Scheduling Maintenance or Next Level Lessons:

1.) If you are signing up with an instructor your child has not yet swam with OR your child hasn't taken ISR lessons in over 6 months, you MUST complete national registration prior to scheduling. National registration links can be found on the client portal. Please email info@isrkyaquatics.com if you have any questions.

2.) Choose the date of your desired lesson

3.) Click on your desired time of day

4.) You have 3 options once you choose your time of day:

a.) Click on the "Continue" tab if you want to schedule 1 single lesson

b.) Click on the "Add Time" tab if you'd like to select multiple lessons at varying times, on multiple days within one check out. A list of your chosen times will appear on the right hand side of the calendar

c.) Click on the "Recurring" tab and select what days you want your chosen time slot to recur on, and for how long.
